Course description
A 2.5-hour CPD course on the standing conduct side of the GPhC's Standards for Pharmacy Professionals, built for both pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. It covers working in genuine partnership with prescribers and colleagues, effective communication across real barriers, maintaining current professional knowledge and exercising sound judgement, and raising concerns properly, including leadership at any career stage.
